Workplace Coaching for Organisations

Workplace Neurodiversity Coaching for Organisations

Overcoming barriers

I work with organisations to support their people through confidential, professionally accredited coaching, with specialist expertise in neurodiversity, dyslexia and ADHD in the workplace.

This work is designed for organisations that want to go beyond awareness training and provide their neurodivergent and neurotypical employees with something more practical, more personal, and more sustaining. A protected space to think clearly, work through challenges, and build ways of working that genuinely fit.

My approach sits alongside existing wellbeing, learning and people strategies and is suitable for organisations across the public, private and third sectors. It supports your obligations under the Equality Act 2010 while going well beyond compliance, creating real and lasting value for your people.

How Coaching Supports Organisations

Your Journey to Growth and Success

Key areas of support:

Improve staff retention by helping people feel supported, understood and valued
Increase productivity through clearer priorities, boundaries and ways of working
Reduce burnout, absence and disengagement
Support people to navigate change, new roles or increased responsibility
Strengthen communication and expectation clarity
Demonstrate a visible investment in people and wellbeing
Support neurodivergent employees, including those with dyslexia and ADHD, with practical workplace strategies
Complement your neurodiversity and neuroinclusion strategy with meaningful one to one support

Providing access to confidential coaching sends a clear message that people matter and that support is available before challenges escalate.

Who benefits from Coaching?

Neurodivergent employees, including those with dyslexia, ADHD, autism, and other forms of neurodivergence
Neurotypical employees navigating pressure, change, or new responsibilities
Managers and leaders wanting to lead more inclusively and effectively
HR and People teams looking to strengthen their neurodiversity and wellbeing offer
Organisations committed to neuroinclusion and sustainable staff performance

A Confidential Space to Think

Neurodiversity awareness training and internal frameworks help build understanding across teams. Coaching creates something different: a confidential, uninterrupted space for individual application.

For neurodivergent employees in particular, this space can be transformative. It allows them to explore their thinking, develop workplace strategies that work with how their brain works, and translate insight into practical action within their own role and context, away from day-to-day pressure.

It is often within this protected space that clarity, confidence and real momentum begin to build.

Let's work together

FLOW

Flexible neurodiversity and wellbeing coaching for organisations

Flow is a flexible workplace coaching offer designed for organisations that want to provide confidential coaching access across a range of employees, including neurodivergent staff, without committing sessions to named individuals in advance.

Organisations purchase a block of confidential coaching sessions to be used as and when support is needed. This works particularly well as part of a wider neurodiversity or employee wellbeing strategy, providing early intervention before challenges escalate.

Offer proactive wellbeing support
Support people at different stages of their role
Complement existing learning or wellbeing initiatives
Provide early intervention before challenges escalate

Flow can be delivered in two ways:

Online Flow
Coaching sessions are delivered online to ensure accessibility and consistency across distributed or national teams.

On-Site Flow
For organisations seeking a visible, embedded presence, Flow can also be delivered on-site.

This typically involves me attending your workplace for one agreed day per month, providing pre-booked confidential coaching sessions on site.

Clarity

Structured coaching for neurodivergent and neurotypical employees

Clarity is a structured coaching programme designed to support individual employees to feel clear, confident and grounded in their role. It is particularly effective for neurodivergent employees, including those with dyslexia or ADHD, who benefit from a consistent, structured thinking space and practical workplace strategies tailored to how they work best.

Employees who are new in post
Individuals stepping into increased responsibility
People navigating change, complexity or shifting expectations

The focus is on understanding role expectations, strengthening self-advocacy, managing workload sustainably and building confidence over time.

Clarity supports individuals to establish ways of working that enable both performance and wellbeing.

Clarity is offered as a bundled series of coaching sessions, allowing space for reflection, application and integration over time.

Organisations can choose from three bundle options:

A 6-session bundle for focused clarity and role alignment
An 8-session bundle for deeper exploration and momentum
A 12-session bundle for integration and longer-term development

Clarity bundles are flexible in how they are used, with session frequency tailored to individual needs.
To support continuity and meaningful progress, sessions are scheduled at a minimum of one session per month.

The most appropriate bundle and session rhythm can be discussed together, based on individual needs and organisational context.

Align

Ongoing neurodiversity and wellbeing coaching partnership

Align is an ongoing coaching partnership for organisations that want sustained, embedded support for their people over time, with a particular focus on neurodiversity, inclusion, and sustainable performance.

This is a collaborative approach, shaped together and aligned with your organisational priorities, people strategy, and neuroinclusion goals.

Ongoing coaching delivery
Support during periods of change or growth
Reflective space aligned with people and wellbeing strategies

Align Partnership is not a one-off intervention. It is about joining forces and working together in a way that feels supportive, intentional and sustainable.
